Our Name

Our name Birchtree, The Birch tree is an elegant force of nature. The silvery white bark looks sophisticated and graceful but under this beauty lies a strong, wilfulness to grow where nothing else can. As the birch is a pioneer species this gives it a symbol of rebirth, new beginnings, and growth.

Birch trees are courageous and wilful. They have high ambitions and will always strive to reach those higher aspirations. They are pioneers, explorers and drawn to careers in leadership. They can take command of any situation and keeping their cool under pressure is their forte.

Our name sprouted organically. Birch Trees have deep roots that bring otherwise inaccessible nutrients into the tree, which are recycled on to the soil surface when the tree sheds its leaves. We base our entire line of work around this. Like Birch Trees, humans have deep roots, and these roots need to be fed to supply the nutrients to the brain. Our engaging environments, friendly and supportive staff and courses and regimes not only motivate the client but also maintain their cognitive function which we passionately believe is essential to their overall health and wellbeing.
